Resourceful politics?

South Sudan, the world's youngest nation, is in the grip of a bloody civil war, and while the government and rebels vie for power, the people face famine. Will the country's enormous natural resources ultimately improve ordinary citizens' lives, or will they pit regional and international powers against one other, with South Sudan in the middle? Oksana is joined by Barnaba Marial Benjamin, the Foreign Affairs Minister of South Sudan, to discuss these issues.
