In this episode of Watching the Hawks, Tabetha Wallace and Tyrel Ventura discuss the FDA’s approval of OxyContin for kids as young as 11. Tabetha talks about agriculture commissioner of Texas, Sid Miller and his recent call on Facebook to nuke Muslims in the Middle East. Tyrel gives us a glimpse into the world of Red Sprites as seen from the International Space Station. Tyrel and Tabetha host CIA whistleblower John Kiriakou in studio in DC and filmmaker James Spione from NYC to discuss Spione’s new documentary film “Silenced”, which details the federal government’s persecution of whistleblowers.
