Study: Majority of Google Employees Donated to Democrats
There is new attention on the world's largest search engine and their parent company Alphabet. A recent study shows more than 90-percent of Google employee’s personal donations go to the Democrats. RT America’s Rachel Blevins reports and for debate, Scottie Nell Hughes is joined by Georgia representative Erica Thomas and Ivan Garcia Hidalgo, chairman of the Hispanic Leadership Council.
UK’s Mass Surveillance Violated Human Rights
The European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France, ruled that mass surveillance carried out by British intelligence agency GCHQ violated the European Convention on Human Rights. The court stated that the surveillance included indiscriminate “population-level” data collection and that there was a lack of oversight in the collection process with no safeguards to prevent the abuse of the data collected. The court ruled that because of these issues the GCHQ violated people’s right to a private life. RT’s Trinity Chavez Reports.

A Polish cyclist landed the world’s first ever Quadruple Tail Whip on a mountain bike during an event in Germany. In KHL, Jokerit looked to stay perfect but they fell to SKA for their first loss of the season, 4-3. The semi-finals of the World Rowing Championship took place in Bulgaria and there were some shocking results in the men’s and women’s categories. RT America’s Steve Christakos reports.
