Sacramento: Unarmed father fatally shot 20 times in backyard

In Sacramento, California, protests continue after the release of bodycam video showing police fatally shooting an unarmed black man 20 times in his grandparents' backyard. Police say they mistook the 22-year-old Stephon Clark's smartphone for a weapon and shot him.
