RT programming interrupts C-SPAN for 10 minutes, everyone freaks out 
When 10 minutes of RT programming interrupted C-SPAN broadcast, the latter immediately admitted the issue was a result of an ‘internal routing error.’  This did not stop Twitter from exploding into a frenzy of anti-Russian hysteria, suspecting a Kremlin plot.
