ISIS attacks Kirkuk as battle for Mosul continues
As the Iraqi army and Kurdish Peshmerga fighters advance on the ISIS-controlled city of Mosul, there are now reports that ISIS is launching attacks in the city of Kirkuk (located between Baghdad and Mosul) and rounding up civilians to use as human shields.
