Five people are wounded in a drone attack that targeted an industrial area in central Russia’s Tatarstan region. Iran accuses Israel of committing an act of terrorism with an attack on an Iranian consulate in Syria, in which several high-ranking officers were killed. Angry demonstrators take to streets of Iran’s capital, saying the apparent Israeli attack should be considered a declaration of war. An IDF airstrike on Gaza kills several foreign aid workers who were delivering food supplies to the war-torn region.
