Syria is in three-days of mourning for the 100 killed in a deadly attack on the Homs Military academy. We discuss it with a local council member, who says foreign actors are behind the strike. NATO has its sights set on what it refers to as its, quote, "southern neighborhood" – specifically the Middle East, North Africa and the Sahel region. We discuss the issue with a panel of guests.
