At least 5 people have been killed and several more injured in a gas explosion in a high-rise building in a Moscow suburb. The Chinese Foreign Minister meets with Russian President Vladimir Putin and other high-level officials, praising bilateral relations and unveiling broader prospects for co-operation between the two.
