Moscow agrees to drastically reduce its military activity near Kiev, for the sake of successful peace talks, following the latest round of negotiations with Ukraine. Russia's military will now focus its efforts on the eastern front, according to Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu, who has also warned European countries against sending weapons to Kiev. Russian-led forces say they're close to fully re-taking the key Donbass city of Mariupol. As a humanitarian crisis continues to unfold for thousands of civilians still caught in the crossfire there.
