It comes as local residents film missiles in the sky, and report powerful explosions in the area. The Russian president alleges Ukrainian radical nationalists are using civilians as human shields by deploying heavy weapons in densely populated areas. A UN Security Council resolution condemning Russia's military intervention in Ukraine is vetoed by Russia. Which is claiming Western double standards.
