Donald Trump recognises Venezuela's opposition leader as the country's interim leader. Prompting elected President Nicolas Maduro, to breaks diplomatic relations with the US, accusing Washington of an 'attempted coup.' Pro-Maduro and anti-government demonstrations erupted across Venezuela with opposition supporters and police clashing.  The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe slams the use of sharia law in Europe, describing it as incompatible with basic human rights. The issue has certainly caused debate.
