US soldiers could be among those injured after an explosion hit the Syrian city of Manbij that's according to reports. The UK Prime Minister faces a vote of no-confidence.  A day after she suffered the biggest parliamentary defeat in modern British history as both sides of the Brexit debate unite against her deal. Europe was quick to react to the outcome of the vote with some senior politicians saying the EU would make no further concessions and others urging the UK to clarify its plans.
