A suspected terrorist has been arrested in the Belgian city of Antwerp - after trying to ram his car into shoppers at high speed just a day after a similar style attack in London. London police have named the Westminster attacker as Khaleed Masood. Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the atrocity he carried out, killing three in the UK capital. Londoners remain deeply shocked as the attack was carried out in the heart of the British capital - with some questioning the level of security.
