Russia and Syria will create humanitarian windows for Aleppo - to allow medics to access the Syrian city and ensure the evacuation of injured civilians. Residential districts in western Aleppo are again hit by mortar fire from rebel-held areas.  An RT crew on the ground in Syria filmed the aftermath of the deadly attack. A UK bank says it's closing all of RT's accounts in the country, without giving any explanation - a move that's been branded politically motivated by the channel's editor-in-chief.
