Nine Kurdish civilians die in a fire reportedly caused by Turkish shelling in the south-east of the country - as Ankara's crackdown on the region comes in for more condemnation from abroad. After over a decade of legal pressure, the Pentagon releases nearly two-hundred photos showing abuses in its prisons in Afghanistan and Iraq. But many more images are still being withheld - despite the court ruling. And a day of action for anti-migrant movement PEGIDA - as rallies are being held in over a dozen German cities. Those opposing them are also out in the streets.
