President Putin lashes out at Turkey's leaders for their alleged support of ISIL while calling for a joint front against terror, under the supervision оf the United Nations. Russia says it will hand over evidence of Turkey's oil trade with ISIL to the international community, amid President Erdogan's promise to resign if the claims are proved true. Police shoot dead two suspects who allegedly gunned down more than 30 people at a community centre in California.  Terrorism has not been ruled out as a possible motive.
