Why oil-rich Venezuela needs energy bailout from Iran

Iran and Venezuela have struck a new trade deal for much-needed fuel supplies, in defiance of US threats. A federal judge in Florida has ruled that a “pay to vote” system in Florida requiring felons to pay all the court fines, fees and other costs associated with their sentencing is unconstitutional.
