The cruise ships Zaandam and Rotterdam have finally been allowed to dock in Fort Lauderdale, Florida so that passengers infected with COVID-19 could disembark. The ships had been stranded at sea for weeks, and several critically ill passengers had already died. Doctors and nurses account for 20 percent of confirmed cases. RT America’s Trinity Chavez reports.
