Tracking cable news’ diversity amid Brokaw gaffe

On a panel on Meet the Press, Tom Brokaw said that people “don’t want brown grand babies. It’s the intermarriage that is going on and the cultures that are conflicting with each other.” He also said that “Hispanics need to work harder at assimilation.” Rick Sanchez responds with facts about demographics and Hispanic immigration. He also takes NBC and their kind to account for the hypocritical lip service they pay to “diversity.”

As Russiagate fades, war hawks unsatisfied

RT’s Polly Boiko reports on a recent speech by UK Secretary of State for Defense Gavin Williamson, who recently urged his country to seize the “opportunity” presented by Brexit by maximizing their military power, doubling down on “world leadership,” and preparing for antagonism from Russia. Then former naval intelligence officer John Jordan joins Rick Sanchez to discuss Williamson’s comments as well as ominous remarks made by Admiral John Michael Richardson, commander of the US Navy, that the US may need to “push first” against Russia and China. They also discuss the latest from the Mueller investigation.

New report: Processed foods equals mortality

But their consumption is on the rise. RT America’s Michele Greenstein joins Rick Sanchez to discuss the problem and the factors that make processed foods so popular despite the danger.
