US responsible for deadly Syrian attack says former Pentagon official

Overnight airstrikes in eastern Syria have reportedly killed at least a dozen pro-government fighters near Deira Zour. Damascus says these are US led coalition strikes but the pentagon is denying the reports.  RT America’s Manila Chan reports.
