‘We’ll see’ if challenge to travel ban goes to Supreme Court – Trump

The Office of the Attorney General has requested a stay on Judge James Robart’s restraining order against President Donald Trump's travel ban. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals heard arguments over the restraining order Tuesday afternoon, but has yet to issue a ruling. If it goes against the Trump administration, the president has said he will take the case “all the way through the system.” Legal and media analyst Lionel of Lionel Media joins “News with Ed” to explain the legal specifics of the case.

Israeli parliament legalizes almost 4k West Bank settlements

The Israeli parliament has greenlighted the legalization of nearly 4,000 settler homes in the West Bank as it passed a controversial retroactive bill. Prior to its approval, the bill was likened to annexation and blasted by Israel’s attorney general. RT America's Simone Del Rosario has the story.
