White House disavows leaked plan to reopen CIA black sites, lawmakers & media remain worried

According to a leaked document, President Donald Trump is considering an executive order calling for a major review of US interrogation methods and possibly reopening CIA-run ‘black sites’ overseas. While the Trump administration has disavowed the document, the Associated Press insists that it was given the document by an anonymous US official. RT America’s Marina Portnaya reports.
