US charges Huawei with racketeering, conspiracy
US charged Chinese telecom giant Huawei with racketeering and conspiracy to steal intellectual property from six tech companies. The indictment, unsealed on Thursday, also accuses Huawei of doing business with Iran and North Korea and says Huawei has "back doors" built into its equipment to aid law enforcement and access mobile networks around the world.
