Critics are blaming the unprecedented delay in returns at the 2020 Iowa Caucus on the app used to tally the votes. The app is developed by "Shadow," a company whose CEO and COO both worked for Hillary Clinton's campaign in 2016. Shadow also received tens of thousands of dollars from Presidential candidate Mayor Pete Buttigieg. RT America's Sara Montes de Oca reports.
