Evo Morales urges UN to stop bloodshed in Bolivia

Violent protests continue in Bolivia more than a week amid reported food and fuel shortages after the resignation of President Evo Morales, causing three deaths on Tuesday. More than 24 have died since the protests began. Morales, currently in exile in Mexico, has called for a “Truth Commission” to examine the results of the election and entreated the UN to put a stop to Bolivia’s military crackdown on the mostly Indigenous protesters. Congress hears Amb Sondland's much-anticipated testimony
