Top US trade official grilled over China, NAFTA
US Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer gave Congressional testimony on Tuesday regarding the Trump administration’s trade policies. Senators grilled him about the US-China trade war and the US-Mexico-Canada trade agreement, successor to the discredited NAFTA agreement. ‘Humanitarian robbery’: Where did Venezuela aid funds go?
Two senior staffers for the Venezuelan opposition behind US-backed Juan Guaido are accused of misusing aid funds. They squandered money intended for housing opposition-aligned soldiers on lavish parties at nightclubs and other luxuries. Amazon’s ‘predatory’ new credit card
Amazon has released a “credit builder” credit card to target low-income shoppers. The card can only be used at Amazon and has a whopping 28 percent interest rate.
