US broke INF treaty, not Russia – historian

Foreign ministers of all 29 NATO countries gathered in Washington to mark the 70th anniversary of the alliance’s founding. Condemnations abounded for Russia’s “violation” of the Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces (INF) treaty. Professor and cold war historian Jeremy Kuzmarov joins News.Views.Hughes to discuss the US withdrawal from the treaty, a cynical move intended to spark a new arms race.
