Russia pulls-back troops but NATO still won’t back down (full show)

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz held high level talks in Moscow with Russian President Putin. The two discussed the tension in Ukraine – and the ongoing diplomatic efforts that have so far failed to resolve what Russia says – is first and foremost – a problem revolving around NATO’s constant desire to expand. This, as Russian troops began moving back to barracks from winter military exercises. RT’s Danny Armstrong gives the latest from Moscow.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau invoked emergency power for the first time in 50 years in response to those trucker protests in the country. The powers could allow the government to seize vehicles or freeze the bank accounts of those involved in what he calls the illegal protests. RT America’s Trinity Chavez has more on the story.
