Two Americas: CRT and vax mandates out in VA, vax passports in for DC

Divisions over getting or mandating the COVID-19 vaccine often fall along political lines and the differences are especially stark in neighboring communities. An underwater volcano erupted in Tonga, affecting at least 80k people. The eruption was so powerful that it triggered tsunami warnings in parts of the US and Japan.
