FULL SHOW: Russia withdraws from Surveillance treaty

Russia’s confirmed that it’s now pulling out of the Open Skies Treaty which allows unarmed surveillance flights over other countries and their military facilities. This follows the US pull-out this November. RT’s Ilya Petrenko reports.

Days after the deadly riots at the US Capitol, Washington has transformed into a completely different city, with thousands of National Guard troops deploying there ahead of the upcoming inauguration. The military buildup aims to avoid a repeat of last week’s mob violence, and troops will be positioned to combat ongoing threats. RT America’s Rachel Blevins reports from the streets of DC.

New reports reveal that some figures in the Biden team are considering throwing support to Venezuela’s opposition leader Juan Guaido. This new revelation contradicts previous reports that the team was preparing to negotiate a solution with the South American country. RT America’s Alex Mihailovich has the story.
