FULL SHOW: China sanctions Marco Rubio & Ted Cruz

China has announced sanctions against the United States, targeting some of Beijing’s most vocal critics. This comes one week after the US sanctioned several Chinese officials over reports they are targeting ethnic minorities. RT America’s Rachel Blevins reports.
