Ex-CIA coder says he’s not the WikiLeaks source

Despite US threats of retaliation, the International Criminal Court (ICC) has announced it will move forward with a probe into whether the United States committed war crimes in Afghanistan. RT America’s Rachel Blevins has the details. Meanwhile, California declared a state of emergency after the US COVID-19 death toll climbed to 11 on Wednesday. RT America’s Faran Fronczak reports. Plus, a jury in Manhattan is deciding the fate of 31-year-old software engineer Josh Schulte, who once worked at the CIA headquarters. Schulte is accused of being the leaker behind "Vault 7," a series of documents WikiLeaks published a couple of years ago that revealed details of the CIA's toolbox of espionage overseas. Legal and media analyst Lionel digs in.
