US declines to discuss nuclear arms limitation

The United Nations Disarmament Chief told the UN Security Council this week that a "nuclear arms race is threatening the world.” Now Russia claims that the US declined to discuss an extension to the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty, which aims to limit the number of nuclear warheads. RT America’s Faran Fronczak has the story. For the first time in nearly 20 years, US troops are returning to Saudi Arabia, the official reason being to deter attacks from Iran.
