Modern US detention camps resemble internment camps – Historian

The California legislature is finally officially apologizing for the state's role in the internment of Japanese-American citizens during World War II. Over 100,000 people were forcibly taken out of their homes and parents were in many instances separated from their children. Award-winning journalist and historian Paul De Rienzo joins In Question to discuss. US officials including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-California) are lobbying America’s European allies to not do business with Huawei. Pelosi warned EU governments against being “lured” by the Chinese tech giant. RT America’s John Huddy has the latest developments. The second of two flights carrying Americans home from the Diamond Princess cruise ship, quarantined in Japan, has landed in Texas. There were 380 Americans on board the ship, where dozens of passengers tested positive for the coronavirus. RT America’s Faran Fronczak has more on the latest.
