Kremlin disputes Washington on downed spy drone

Russian officials say that the U.S. drone flying in the Strait of Hormuz that Iran shot down did not violate Iranian airspace and that Washington's attempts to paint Tehran as a bad actor and threat to the region is unacceptable. The ongoing tension between the U.S. and Iran is rattling world economies and has caused crude oil prices to soar. Congress is set to vote on a bill that would okay $4.5 billion to provide for detained migrants near the US-Mexico border but the White House is threatening to veto it. Meanwhile, the health of millions of Americans could soon be affected by western wildfires as winds carry smoke hundreds of miles across the United States.
