Trump’s tariffs bluster obstructs US-China trade talks

Many of the US President Donald Trump's supporters have urged him to take action after Facebook and Instagram banned multiple people last week including conspiracy theorist Alex Jones and former Breitbart editor Milo Yiannopoulos. Over the weekend, Trump tweeted that the situation is unfair. Joining RT America’s Manila Chan to discuss this are TV actress, model and activist Mindy Robinson and civil rights attorney Robert Patillo. Trump shocked the world and rattled markets after he announced he would impose a 25 percent tariff on Chinese imports as early as this week. Richard Wolff, professor of economics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, speaks to InQuestion about this. In what has been called a "clear and unmistakable" warning to Iran, the White House announced it is deploying an aircraft carrier group to the Middle East. US National Security Advisor John Bolton said the United States is not seeking war, but is reacting to a series of escalating incidents. RT’s Dan Cohen discusses the latest with RT America’s Manila Chan.
