ISIS says Sri Lanka is ‘revenge’ for Christchurch massacre

Tensions increase in embattled Libya as an offensive led by a former CIA-backed general seeks to overthrow the UN-backed government. Now, US President Donald Trump is in talks with Libyan National Army (LNA) General Khalifa Haftar, a one-time ally of murdered Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi. Sri Lankan government officials have reported Easter Sunday’s suicide bombings were carried out in retaliation to the mass shooting at mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand.
