Beirut: After the Blast
On August 4, a massive explosion hit the port of Beirut. At least 150 people died, and some 5,000 were injured. At the time, a Russian crew were shooting a documentary in a small village 40 kilometers from the Lebanese capital. After the explosion, they rushed to the scene. The film shows unique footage of the aftermath of the blast, plus first-hand accounts of people who were injured and who lost family members.
