No Way Back: The Animal Kingdom

The Western Grey Whale Advisory Panel is a collaboration between a major Russian oil company and the WWF, and has made strenuous efforts to protect the critically endangered mammal. Feeding off the coast of Sakhalin during the summer months, the whales are observed and protected from underwater noise, collisions with ships and, of course, from hunting.
