For those deported back to Mexico after living in the US for decades, this horrific situation is very much a reality. Meanwhile, on the other side of the border, Americans are engaged in a fierce debate over whether Trump’s ‘Wall’ is a symbol of sovereignty and security, or one of oppression and bigotry.
