‘Megaphone diplomacy’
To win in geopolitics, you need a good strategy and ample material assets to back up that strategy. This is how Russia is conducting itself when it comes to the Ukraine conflict. The Europeans prefer ‘megaphone diplomacy.’ They are acting more like spoilers than constructive players. This will not bring peace.
