Washington seethes
With the exception of a few minor violations, the Syrian ceasefire is holding. This has surprised many. What is next – a restart of some kind of peace process? Or, as some have suggested, is this a time to pause and re-group? As things stand now Damascus and Moscow have won an astounding victory. Will Washington let this stand?
