Dissolve NATO?

NATO – the North Atlantic Treaty Organization – has an identity problem of sorts. To have meaning, cohesion, purpose and reasons to be funded, this alliance needs enemies. On the back of the western-backed regime change in Ukraine, today Russia gives the alliance a reason to exist. Is this wise?
