Cops killing pets, Cindy sheehan’s tour de peace, No Asylum for Snowden?

On this episode of Breaking the Set, Abby Martin talks to anti-war activist, Cindy Sheehan, about her two month long cross country bike ride titled ‘Tour de Peace’, with the sole message of bringing an end to war. Abby then gives an update on the Edward Snowden case, calling out the corporate media for their biased coverage, while insisting the right to seek asylum is a human right guaranteed under the International Declaration of Human rights. BTS wraps up the show with an interview with Ahmed Fathi, who discusses the groundswell of dissent drawing out tens of millions of Egyptian protesters calling on President Mohamed Morsi to step down.
