Asia-Pacific trade deal leaves out US
More than a dozen Asia-Pacific countries have signed a trade deal, making it one of the biggest in history. As these countries struggle through the pandemic, the deal could add $200 billion to the global economy by 2030. However, the US is not part of the deal, which could be seen as a blow to the world’s largest economy.
