6.6 million Americans file jobless claims

However, US equity markets are up. The bounce is mostly attributed to a stabilization in oil markets. The US has more cases of coronavirus than anywhere else in the world (more than 200,000) and over 5,000 deaths. How well prepared are the healthcare system and Medicare? Plus, airlines are facing what some call their “deepest crisis ever” amid the pandemic, and commercial flights have all but come to a complete stop.
