Aramco IPO uncertain & Latin American unrest

The would-be largest IPO is still in doubt as Saudi Aramco has ramped up its efforts to push through the listing by the end of the year. Oil and Gas historian Doug Elenbaas joins the show to steer us through the state of the IPO and the future for oil markets. Plus, the race is on for the major JEDI cloud project for the Pentagon, as a top official has recused himself from the decision. RT correspondent Rachel Blevins brings us the latest on the contest for the cloud from on the ground. And later, unrest continues to sweep Latin America as turmoil continues to grip the region.
