Russia, Saudi Arabia strike deal on oil production freeze
Russia and Saudi Arabia joined Venezuela and Qatar in announcing an oil production freeze on Tuesday, vowing not to increase output as prices continue to drop. Plus, new figures show that India has surpassed China to take the spot of the world’s fastest growing economy. Ameera David has all of the details.
