Brave battle against motor neurone disease

This week, Alex visits Murrayfield, the home of Scottish rugby, to meet rugby legend Doddie Weir who opens up about his struggle with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). Doddie shares the major stages of his battle with the terminal disease with Alex. He tells how he dealt with his diagnosis and breaking the news to his family and the wider world. Weir also talks about his aim to change attitudes and funding here in the UK, following a recent fact finding mission on MND research in New York.
